Aspen Heights

Aspen Heights is a conceptual residential development imagined along the banks of a serene river in Patna, Bihar. Spanning roughly 150,000 sq. ft., this hypothetical project blends modern design sensibilities with climate‐responsive principles. The scheme features four 5-story towers, each oriented toward the water to maximize daylight. In our example, we use reinforced concrete framing, smart-home provisions, and landscaped walkways that wrap around a central water-body courtyard. Though this is not a real construction, it demonstrates how Buildana Infrastructure might approach a mid-rise, eco-friendly residential complex.
