Forest Hill Towers is a landmark mixed-use high-rise situated in the heart of Patna. Spanning approximately 12,500 sq. ft. across two interconnected 18-storey towers, this monolithic structure blends contemporary design with robust engineering. Using a single-pour monolithic concrete core, Forest Hill Towers delivers exceptional seismic resilience and long-term durability. Its curtain-glass façade reflects the city skyline by day and illuminates softly at night, creating an iconic silhouette on Patna’s horizon.
Within the development are 120 luxury apartments perched above three levels of premium retail and coworking space. Residents enjoy an infinity-edge rooftop pool, landscaped skycourts on every fourth floor, and a state-of-the-art fitness centre overlooking the valley. Although this is a sample case-study, it exemplifies how Buildana Infrastructure could execute a monolithic high-rise that prioritises both structural excellence and modern urban living.
